All the ingredients we use to make Missing Links sausages are grade "A"
The pork is Spanish, top notch stuff, but all the seasonings and natural skins are imported from England
Lean pork is mixed with a little fat, to keep the sausages moist and then carefully blended with the seasoning
Our “FINEST” contain a pepper seasoning and some fine, rubbed English sage to make a sausage in the style of a Lincolnshire
There are usually several different choices of fresh sausages on display each day and the rest are available from the freezer
In Spain a licence is required to make sausages. We are fully licenced here in Los Belones.
